TDIC signs Saadiyat villas deal

The Tourism Development & Investment Company in Abu Dhabi has signed a Dhs2bn deal with Arabtec for construction of villas on Saadiyat Island. The Saadiyat Beach Residences went on sale during Cityscape last week, with prices starting from Dhs6.5m for a three bedroom villa. The villas should be ready by mid 2010.
