Kuwait to buy London tower

The Kuwait Investment Authority is reportedly in talks with UK company British Land to buy the Willis Building in London. According to the Financial Times, it will cost around $783m to buy the Norman Foster designed office tower in the City of London. The distinct stepped design of the building is meant to resemble the shell of a crustacean.
