Sheikh Saud opens International Product Presentation (IPP- 2008) exhibition

H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, inaugurated the sixth edition of the International Product Presentation (IPP- 2008) exhibition at the Al Manar Mall.
Major General Sheikh Talib bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Director General of RAK Police Department, and a number of officials were present at the inaugural function.
Around 40 companies from European countries, including Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium and Netherlands, are showcasing their latest products at the event which will last till May 17.
The IPP exhibition, held under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, features a wide variety of products ranging from health and wellness to technology products, cosmetics, and art items.
Dr. Oswald E. Prager, Coordinator of IPP- 2008, said, "We are extremely happy that the exhibition has reached its sixth edition in Ras Al Khaimah and the demand for the show has seen rapid increase year after year.
The International Product Presentation is unique as it brings to the Middle East latest products and solutions even as they make their debut in the European market".
Dr. Oswald Prager said that IPP was pleased to showcase some of the cutting- edge technologies and products for the first time in the region and expected the show to witness remarkable attendance and finalisation of business deals.
The inaugural function attracted large number of visitors to the venue which also staged a host of entertainment and cultural activities as part of the show. One of the main attractions of the exhibition is the indoor skating ring set up using synthetic skating surface.
