D-Link key partners join hands on desert expedition

On a desert expedition to join hands with partners and resellers, D-Link Middle East gathered with all key partners on a mission to have a Dubai desert adventure.

More than 100 staff members of the 20 most decisive D-Link key partners and regional resellers attended this event to spend some quality time together with the ultimate goal to strengthen the ties with networking vendor, D-Link ME.

"We are really happy about the eagerness and participation of our partners. This event was very successful as it provided a platform for key partners to unite, meet and greet each other. By hosting a desert safari, we wanted to make sure that our partners would be able to experience some adventure on this trip. I think we successfully accomplished this target," said Sakkeer Hussain K, Regional Channel Manager Gulf, D-Link Middle East.

As a gesture of appreciation, D-Link ME moreover conducted a lucky draw to hand over excellent D-Link prizes ranging from wireless routers to USB hubs and VoIP phones. Sixteen partners were able to count themselves "lucky winners".

The feedback from the partners' side was extraordinarily positive, as highlighted by P. E. Johnson, Marketing Manager at Bios Computer. "The event was superb. Well organised, entertaining, refreshing and motivating. It created a nostalgic feeling of togetherness like in a large (D-Link) family. It also exhibited the assurance of continued support from the D-Link Team. A big thank you for the hospitality and the unexpected prize we won," Johnson said.

Overall, over 120 people including D-Link staff joined hands on the D-Link desert expedition while enjoying the warm Dubai breeze and the stunning views of the sun setting behind the desert dunes.
