Dubai gets a sky golf course

AAA Appraisers has launched the $200m commercial Eclipse Tower in Jumeirah Village, Dubai. The tower will include retail space and a sky golf course, and cover 400,000 sq ft in total. The golf course will include bunkers and water hazards. Construction begins in September, with a due completion date of late 2010. The company said anyone buying an office in the tower will be able to move into a fully furnished office immediately. Sales start in a few months, at Dhs1,600 per square foot.
