50% of the entire project of Marina West already sold

This interest has recently picked up with a notable increase in the number of apartment inquiries being received by Marina West Property Management.

So far this year from the total number of apartments on offer, approximately 95% of phase 1 & phase 2 and 36% of phase 3 have been sold. The first sales phase comprises Towers 2, 4 and 11, and the second sales phase comprises tower 3 and tower 9, as for phase 3 it comprises tower 7 which has only recently been released for sale.
