50% of the entire project of Marina West already sold

Marina West, Bahrain's iconic new residential development on the Kingdom's West coast, has received a steady stream of interest from potential buyers from Bahrain, around the region, and foreign.
So far this year from the total number of apartments on offer, approximately 95% of phase 1 & phase 2 and 36% of phase 3 have been sold. The first sales phase comprises Towers 2, 4 and 11, and the second sales phase comprises tower 3 and tower 9, as for phase 3 it comprises tower 7 which has only recently been released for sale. Each phase contains several apartment options in the form of one, two, three and four bedroom simplex and duplex freehold residences, as well as a number of Grand penthouse suites.
"Buyers have shown the most interest thus far in the one bedroom apartments and two bedroom apartments, with 100% of them sold out in three phases .The three bedroom apartments have also garnered enormous interest, with buyers snatching up 85%of the available simplex and duplex style three bedroom apartments in all three phases.
