During the four-day exhibition, Great Properties took advantage of the event to promote Tanmiyat Group's Living Legends project in Dubailand and to promote and sell the Al Rashed Real Estate's Dhs1bn Blossom Towers project in Humaid City, Ajman.
'We are tremendously pleased with the amount of interest shown in Great Properties and the Blossom Towers and Living Legends projects,' said Mr. Al Zarah.
'This is our first participation at Cityscape Abu Dhabi, and it has proceeded extremely well especially with the Blossom Towers having sold out. The response we received at Cityscape Abu Dhabi was incredible, and we are expecting our participation in events throughout the year and next year's Cityscape to be equally successful.'
After having been promoted during Cityscape Abu Dhabi, the fifth and final phase of the Living Legends project will soon launch over the span of a year. The Living Legends is characterized by exquisite style in an unrivalled setting conveniently located inside Dubailand on the outskirts of Dubai on Emirates Road. The final phase of the project consists of 3 commercial towers, 150 villas, a golf course, a golf hotel, a mall, 180 apartments, and various facilities which are required for smooth living.
Cityscape Abu Dhabi 2008 welcomed in excess of 30,000 visitors including regional and international investors, property developers, governmental and development authorities, leading architects, designers, consultants and professionals from over 100 countries. More than 300 exhibitors showcased their projects and services in the 30,000 square metre exhibition space.
