Delta Air Lines increases flight frequency from Dubai to Atlanta

In the run up to the first anniversary since Delta Air Lines launched its nonstop service from Dubai to Atlanta, Delta announced yesterday that it is increasing the frequency of its nonstop service from six times weekly to a daily service starting 7 October 2008.
Dubai is one of the 58 new international destinations Delta has added to its network since 2005 as part of its accelerated global expansion.
Delta offers hundreds of connections to destinations in the U.S., Latin America and Caribbean via its hub in Atlanta.
Destinations that have proven popular with passengers traveling from Dubai include Houston, Los Angeles, Orlando, Los Angeles, San Diego and Tampa.
Delta serves Dubai with a Boeing 777-200ER aircraft seating up to 268 passengers and featuring Delta's refurbished business and economy class service.
Customers on Delta's award-winning BusinessElite service enjoy all-leather sleeper seats with 152 cm of legroom, innovative food offerings designed by celebrity chef Michelle Bernstein, wine selections from master sommelier Andrea Robinson, on-demand personal in-seat entertainment, and upgraded pillow, duvet cover and amenity kit.
Economy class customers also benefit from new all-leather economy seats, on-demand video, amenity kits and enhanced food offerings.
On the Dubai service, Delta's award-winning service also features Arabic-speaking flight attendants, in-flight movies with Arabic subtitles, as well as Halal meal options in BusinessElite and Middle Eastern selections in economy.
