BinHendi Hospitality opens doors for franchising

The company's trendsetting, multi-cuisine Japengo Café is the first brand among its F&B outlets to be offered to interested investors.

The stylish, fusion restaurant concept currently has nine outlets in Dubai's most fashionable and upscale districts, and has an overseas outlets in Mumbai, India and Muscat, Oman.

"In order to be considered, potential partners must possess some relative knowledge of the F&B industry or a retail business and a strong desire to succeed. They should be hard working, have good people skills, and be able to succeed within Japengo's set operational procedures," added Fakih.

According to Khalil Fakih, additional maturity, stability, and high personal standards of honesty, integrity and excellence are some of the other intangible requirements that they will be looking for in investors.

"It is essential that our franchise partners share our values and practice the business the same way we do," he explained.

In addition to operational and field support, Japengo franchisees will receive support, advice and guidelines on site selection, marketing, purchasing, research & development and sales among other services to ensure their success.
