Air Arabia, the largest low-cost carrier in the Mena region, announced today that it will begin flying to Bengaluru International Airport, Bangalore's new airport, beginning on May 22, 2008. The new airport is located east of the Bangalore-Hyderabad National Highway. A user development fee charged by the airport authority of Dhs93 will be collected at Bangalore Airport in cash from all outbound passengers. Beginning July 1, this fee will be included as part of Air Arabia's fare.
