Kuwait real estate sales dip in April

Real estate sales in Kuwait dipped in April following a significant gain during the previous month, according to report by National Bank of Kuwait. Based on registered real estate contracts issued by the Ministry of Justice, excluding sales conducted through agents, the report found that unit sales and value declined by 37% and 25% from the previous month, respectively. They were also down from a year ago by 51% and 34%, respectively.
