ETA Star buys 7 jets from Embraer

Dubai-based ETA Star Group has agreed to buy seven commercial jets from Brazil-based aircraft maker Empresa Brasileira de Aeronautica for $220.5m, reported Bloomberg. ETA Star has options to buy three more of the Embraer 170 models and five purchase rights for any E-Jet model. The order could be worth up to $472.5m if all options and purchase rights are exercised.
