- PRESS RELEASE
Emirates Airlines and National Aviation Services (NAS), Kuwait's leading airline ground handling company announced the renewing of its ground handling agreement that will enable the aviation giant to continue benefiting from quality ground handling services at the Kuwait International Airport.
"While NAS has expanded at breakneck speed with operations in Jordan, eight airports in India, we have always concentrated very much on giving our existing customers in Kuwait the best in terms of service" says Bara'a Al-Roumi, Managing Director of NAS. "Emirates has always been a leader in the airline service industry and for them to renew their ground handling contract for a further period of five years reinstates their trust in our brand." he added.
"Needless to say, we treat all our customers equally and this is the cornerstone of our operational philosophy." says Al-Roumi adding "No customers are exactly alike in the kind of service they require from us and it is our inherent customized service that separates us from our competitors. Customized solutions are the way to go in this day and age and we provide Emirates with a comprehensive ground handling solution that is tailored to meet its needs on a global platform."
NAS is a company that is changing the face of the industry within the region and although it has gained respect from airlines and government authorizes alike for their exemplary ground handling, passenger, cargo management and engineering services, it is always creating new buzz by introducing new or innovative concepts at the airport.
"I would like to thank the Kuwait Customs authorities and the Directorate General of Civil Aviation for their support and cooperation. They as stakeholders have immensely helped us increase service levels at the Kuwait International Airport through their understanding of the business and willingness to help." He concluded.
