Technological innovation becomes foundation for outsourcing excellence

The changing trends in the global outsourcing industry has positively changed organizations business models and structures allowing businesses to focus on achieving their core objectives, not only that but it also went beyond to change the life styles of people working in the industry., according to Ismail Al Naqi, Executive Director of Dubai Outsource Zone, the first dedicated free zone in the region for the outsourcing industry.

Al Naqi was a key note speaker in HDI-MEA2008, a conference dedicated to helping IT service and support professionals and their organizations maximize the return on their professional development expenditures, recently held at Jumeirah Beach hotel convention centre in Dubai.

Al Naqi said: "One thing that decision-makers should realize is the value proposition that outsourcing brings to their overall business development and its contribution to the achievement of their business objectives, outsourcing offers increase in profits, productivity, level of quality, business value, business performance and much more. Outsourcing can help an increase in almost every aspect of your business.

During his speech, Al Naqi also highlighted the role of technological innovation and how it has become the foundation for the outsourcing excellence and its positive impact on the increasing customers experience and satisfaction through the implementation of cutting-edge technologies.

"Workers in the outsourcing industry have also benefited from the changes in trends and the implementation of innovative technologies, the flexibility of services offered by the outsourcing industry has created new life styles, for instance call centre agents do not need to operate from their offices or the clients offices, rather nowadays agents operate from home, the technology has also opened a new horizons to people with special needs and physical challenges who now also have the opportunity to work from home.", Al Naqi Added.
