- PRESS RELEASE
Reaffirming its commitment to help customers across the world Simplify their IT infrastructures, Dell stopped in Dubai on its 149-city worldwide Future of Computing Tour to hold an event for its customers in the Middle East.
The event brought together subject matter experts, alliance partners and other external speakers to provide customers with insight into how to achieve cost and complexity reductions, to allow them to invest more time, money and people into innovation rather than maintenance.
"Not only is The Future of Computing Tour a forum for customers to engage with and learn about Dell's newest and upcoming products, services and solutions," said Michael Collins, General Manager, Dell Middle East, "but also an opportunity to discuss and debate key business issues in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). In discussing these issues, Dell illustrates how it can provide strategies and best practices for simplification in today and tomorrow's IT environments."
In addition to discussing its business strategy across EMEA and the world, Dell showcased its latest innovative commercial and consumer products; Latitude notebooks, Latitude XT Tablet, OptiPlex, Vostro desktops, Precision workstations, XPS systems, LCD monitors, Dell EqualLogic PS 5000 series and the PowerEdge blade chassis and servers.
The EMEA leg of the Future of Computing tour includes 35 cities and will stretch from the north in Oslo, Norway, to the Southern-most tip of the region in Cape Town, South Africa.
