Bay La Sun Boulevard Towers is a key residential component of Bay La Sun Village, the first integrated community within KAEC, which was launched in Saudi Arabia to overwhelming investor response.

KAEC is the largest private sector development in the region located on the Red Sea Coast and in easy proximity to the Holy Cities of Makkah and Madinah. The 168 million sq m project is a full-spectrum masterplanned project with six key zones: the Sea Port, Industrial Zone, Central Business District, Educational Zone, Resort District and Residential Communities. Bay La Sun Boulevard Towers is a cluster of eight stand-alone residential towers in all offering 532 homes.

The sale offers a choice of apartments from studios to lofts to two-floor duplexes and three- and four-bedroom apartments within two towers at Bay La Sun Boulevard Towers. It will be held at Downtown Living Sales Centre and Emaar's Abu Dhabi Sales Centre, and is open only for UAE and other GCC nationals.

Mr Fahd Al-Rasheed, Board Member and Chief Executive Officer, Emaar.E.C, said:

'KAEC is developed in line with the vision of the Kingdom to become one of the ten most competitive nations in the world. The investment opportunities within the project are extensive, and already, we have strong investor interest from all over the world, including the UAE and other GCC countries.'

He added: 'We are launching homes at Bay La Sun Boulevard Towers, a part of the Bay La Sun Village, in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, to meet the growing demand from the UAE for homes within KAEC. The proximity of KAEC to Makkah and Madinah and the investment opportunities provided by the mega-project is a prime attraction for UAE and GCC nationals to own homes in Bay La Sun Village. Bay La Sun Boulevard Towers will be an ideal second home for GCC nationals, which will add to their convenience especially for the annual pilgrimages to Makkah and Madinah.'

Spread over 2.3 sq km, Bay La Sun Village can be accessed from the Jeddah International Airport in less than an hour. A mixed-use project, it comprises residential apartments, offices, schools, retail shops, shopping mall, hospital, mosques, hotels, civic amenities, and other attractions.

The location on the Red Sea coast makes this integrated community rich in aesthetic appeal. Residents can also benefit from the easy access to the nearby King Abdullah University of Science & Technology, and other educational options at the KAEC Educational Zone. Work on the Bay La Sun Village is on-going as per schedule with the first batch of homes to be handed over in 2010.

Potential customers can choose from a variety of homes within Bay La Sun Boulevard Towers offering views of the Marina and the Boulevard with a rich array of leisure and retail amenities. The metropolitan waterfront lifestyle assured by Boulevard Towers will appeal to investors looking for a world-class lifestyle in one of the most dynamic developments in Saudi Arabia.
