Etisalat Academy is conducting this program in collaboration with their affiliate SHL Group International.
The first phase contained a workshop in leadership skills aiming at training all participants in practical and theoretical ways using the latest leadership and strategic thinking methods and the total period of the Program is 12 months.
The eCompetency Center will conduct three further workshops during this period in which it will review and assess the skills of participating department heads and managers from QNB.
The eCompetency Center also will state required steps to develop the skills in coordination with the bank's team.
'The eCompetency Centre at the Etisalat Academy is becoming recognized as the main organization to assess and develop human capital in private and public organizations .Its strategic techniques have proved beneficial by organizing the correct structure in a company after a series of assessment tests are taken by the targeted staff,' said Miriam Mohammad, eCompetency Center Manager.
'Skills development is the core element for the success of training programs in all societies and markets. The Etisalat Academy organizes many such programs that participate in developing skills and qualities of work within the region. The eCompetency Center has proven itself as a regional training and assessment center that has helped the development of many national and regional companies. We are pleased to introduce this program for QNB that will participate in meeting their vision and developing their leadership skills,' said Dr. Doaa Fares, Etisalat Academy General Manager.
The eCompetency Center designed and implemented this program according to the latest smart survey systems applied internationally.

The Etisalat Academy eCompetency Center announced that it has concluded the first phase of the Training and Development Program assigned for department heads and managers from (QNB) Group.
