Aptec expands Avaya resources

Mohammed an ACS (Avaya Certified Specialist) joins Aptec as the Technical specialist, and will offer channel partners with pre-sales support, proof of concepts and technical trainings. He will focus on Avaya IP Office solutions and supporting channel partners for end user level technical discussions. Prince joins the team in a sales capacity focusing on Avaya's fast moving Quick Edition product line.

"The addition to our team should see a considerable increase in our market share of Avaya business in the region while we offer true value to our loyal partners."

Avaya emphasizes the importance of technically certified resources at distributors so that the resellers can be fully supported on pre-sales and post-sales both. According to Avaya, Aptec plays a key role in expanding its business and partner base for the SMB range of products in the GCC markets (except Saudi Arabia & Bahrain) which currently includes Quick Edition and IP Office.

Aptec also plans to hold an Avaya inventory of critical spares to ensure that partners can access these immediately when the need arises.
