Commenting at the signing ceremony, Abdullah Al Jufaili, Intilaaqah Director said
"Intilaaqah believes that BBIC creates the platform for aspiring entrepreneurs to compete.
This is the third year that KOM has held this competition and we truly believe that it encourages creative thinking amongst nationals.
Needless to say that this is very much inline with our initiative to nurture and develop an entrepreneurial culture in the community."
Intilaaqah will sponsor BBIC by providing two custom designed Bright Ideas workshops to competition participants in both languages (Arabic/English).
Further it will also support the winners by providing credit to purchase office IT equipments.
Indeed, since 1995 Intilaaqah has helped in creation over 1,300 start-up companies in Oman and it continue to do by providing training, counselling and guidance.
Since the programme inception, it has enjoyed strong support from various government and private sector organizations including: SANAD Programme, Knowledge Oasis Muscat, Sultan Qaboos University, Bank Muscat, National Bank of Oman, Oman International Bank and Oman Air.
