Jacky's Middle East launches sophisticated banking products at the first MEFX 2008

Jacky's Middle East LLC, the distribution arm of Jacky's Group of Companies, will unveil a range of more sophisticated products for integrated customer service at banking halls including enhanced versions of UAE's leading queue management systems at the first Middle East International Banking, Financial Technology and Services Exhibition and Conference (MEFX 2008) on 1-3 June 2008.

Catering the diverse banking and financial sectors, Jacky's Middle East LLC will launch QMS380i/280i/180i, the enhanced products of the widely used QMS300i/250i/150i. These new products feature integrated high-resolution touch screen LCD, wireless connectivity, and dual screens that are networked to regional centres and headquarters for real-time monitoring.

'MEFX, as a trade-only event that targets executives from the banking and financial sectors, is an ideal opportunity for us to seriously meet focused customers and introduce the latest technology in integrated customer service and queuing systems,'



said Ashish Panjabi, Chief Operating Officer, Jacky's Middle East LLC.

'Customer needs and expectations are evolving rapidly across different sectors and these have placed heavy demands on the banking sectors seeking to deliver high standards services. Our new queue management systems will help deliver superior customer service capabilities by managing systems more effectively,' he added.

Customer service at banking halls will experience a new level of sophistication through Jacky's Middle East's integrated multimedia displays (IMD) which bring direct and targeted advertisement to customers in the banks by creating a captive audience for advertisements. Additionally, the self-service terminals and kiosks (SK) includes elegant and proven multifunction ticket printer (MTP) that expedites account opening, fund transfer and statement printing operations.

Other product at the event is the Quality of Service (QoS) terminal, a counter display integrated into the queue management systems, which allows polling and more detailed surveys being carried out swiftly and easily. The high-resolution touch sensitive panels of QoS terminals are also used as integrated displays for queue number and direct advertisement.

MEFX serves as a perfect venue for Jacky's Middle East LLC to target not only the booming financial sector in the Middle East but in Africa and South Asia regions as well. Through MEFX, the company will be able to reach its target market and showcase its new products and solutions.
