The conference was organized by the CSR, Chamber of Commerce and the ECSSR, where 20 Arab countries has participated in.
On the last session of the second in which H.E Dr. Jamal Sanad Al Suwaidi, the Director General of the ECSSR, was present, vital issues were discussed on strategic community responsibilities on the local level and its importance and How the companies are committed to this issues & their role in them.
On the same day, other issues were covered such as creativity and motivation in human cares and giving plus volunteering.
The 3rd session was about the media and human cares and giving.
Mr Habib Al Sayegh from the Gulf News, Chairman of this session. Different papaers were presented in different fields, such as the paper presented by the Saudi Information Specialist, Mr. Turky Al Dakheel from Al Arabia Channel discussed in his paper the role of visual information and its impact on serving the community.
Community responsibility and how to enhance and support the media's role in human cares and giving programs.
On the 8th session, the role of awards to encourage both personal and institutions cares and giving.
In this session, Dr.Ahmad Al Kubaisi, the Islamic fundamentalist, talked about the religious role culture and how it serves the community and ways of strengthening and spreading the culture of cares and giving to the people. He also discussed the issue of raising the standards of community services to reach an excellence in quality.
The conference shed light on so many issues such as the fact of Arab giving, volunteering in humanity with no materialistic reward and predict its future, encouraging private sectors to start developing projects which serve the community, discussion on the work agendas and the events of the governmental institution in the field of social,
The culture of non profitable donations between the people and institutions was raised, raising awareness about the role of humanitarian non profitable sectors which is considered to be a third partner in development, Setting a vision and translate it into a map to set up priorities and start working on them, Present an impressive programs for cares and giving which include ways of executing them, Exchanging expertise and information about the new technologies and the methods used to implement the cares and giving programs, finally, Finding a strategic partnership between government and private sectors to work on Arab cares and giving and award those who give.

The 'Arab Cares & Giving Forum' concluded at the Sheikh Zayed Hall in the Emirates Center of Strategic Studies and Research., was under the patronage of Sheikh Hamdan Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister.
