Al Watani Financial Brokerage Company obtains final official approvals to change its name and opens the new South Surra branch

Commenting on the occasion, Chairman of Al Watani Financial Brokerage Company, Salah Al Fulaij said that the company's annual ordinary & extraordinary general meeting for the fiscal year 2007 had already agreed to increase the company's capital from KD3,000,000 to KD5,000,000 and to change its name from "Kuwait Financial Brokerage Company" to "Al Watani Brokerage Company".

"The meeting also approved proceeding forward in implementing the company's expansion strategy through the opening of more centers for financial brokerage services within NBK's branch network in Kuwait", Al Fulaij added.

It is worth mentioning that Al Watani Financial Brokerage Company has already opened three full-fledged and fully equipped centers for financial brokerage services within the comfortable surroundings of Al Thahabi lounge at three major NBK branches, namely Al shamiya branch, Al Fahahail (Coastal) and Al Jahra (Al Hajraf Complex).

The launch of the new South Surra center area with several other centers in the pipeline is part of an expansion strategy to provide customers with a difference that could only come from NBK.
