KFH-Bahrain brings out the best in its employees

The celebrations were held at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Spa and themed 'Bring Banking to Life'.

Mr. Abdulhakeem Alkhayyat opened by congratulating the KFH-Bahrain football team for winning the Super Cup and for their astonishing performance during the match. He emphasized that the team work demonstrated, was a true reflection of how we operate as a bank.

"We place the greatest value in our people," said Abdulhakeem Alkhayyat, General Manager, KFH-Bahrain. "People are at the core of every organisation and our efforts are focused on maintaining a flat structure that rewards efficiency and effectiveness. The regular staff gatherings are an opportunity to bring all our people together in an informal, relaxed environment both to celebrate and reward employee achievements and to involve everyone in activities aimed at empowering and encouraging KFH-Bahrain employees to be innovative, creative, efficient and effective members of the KFH-Bahrain family."

The gathering began with a speech by Abdulhakeem Alkhayyat, General Manager, KFH-Bahrain, who commented on the bank's achievements since it entered the Bahrain financial market just over five years ago.

'We have been leading the way in the banking arena and are constantly building upon our product and service offerings, which would not have been possible without the dedication of you, the KFH-Bahrain team.'

As part of the programme, employees were encouraged to offer suggestions on various topics relating to the better enhancement of the bank.

Individuals also participated in sharing the knowledge gained from books they had read throughout the year, a practice that is considered as part of the cultures of KFH-Bahrain.

The staff meeting also included an awards ceremony which was presented by Mr. Alkhayyat to the best employees of the year in each department.

It featured a video of a staff trip and various activities from the social committee within the bank.

The meeting ended with a prize draw raffle where many of the staff won fabulous prizes, making it all in all a day to remember.
