The projects, which are at various stages of construction, include a total of 6000 villas for the Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid National Housing Programme at Al Warqa, Oud Muttena and Al Barsha; for Emaar at Emirates Hills, Arabian Ranches and Albawadi; Dubai Silicon Oasis villas and Sanctuary Falls.

Ducab will also supply cables to Efeco's buildings and tower projects in the Central Park and Burj Dubai areas, and to the Versace Condominiums development at the Cultural Village.

The agreement falls within EFECO's strategy of securing materials from reputable suppliers for its increasing number of projects, in order to ensure that these projects are handed over on schedule.

Mr. Riad Kamal, CEO of Arabtec Holding, stated that EFECO had signed this agreement with Ducab because of the latter's vast experience and solid reputation for the supply of high quality cables and wires.

"Dealing with established, reputable suppliers such as Ducab is part of our strategy for maintaining our standards, and is a practice that continues to serve us well. We look forward to a long and mutually rewarding relationship with Ducab," he said.
