Schön Properties highlights retail portfolio ahead of trade expo

Known also for its pioneering residential and commercial property projects, Schön Properties has also developed a strong retail property portfolio, including the Dubai Lagoon Mall, a chic and charming community mall that offers a variety of retail shops, food & beverage outlets, a supermarket among other commercial establishments.

Once completed, Schön Properties' Dubai Lagoon project will offer retail shopping mall space and 9 restaurant and café outlets. Located within the Dubai Investment Park, the surrounding area is also a hive of activity.

The firm's Schön Suites and Schön Residences development has a retail component on the ground floor, which offers a variety of retail spaces for the comfort and convenience of residence and guests.

The company's participation in this retail expo follows its successful stint in property-related exhibitions in which it has successfully showcased its projects to investors and achieved its sales goals.
