Haier launches its first maintenance centre in Jordan

Haier, the world's fourth leading manufacturer of white goods (home appliances), launched its first post-sale maintenance services centre in Amman, Jordan in hopes to provide more extensive technical support to its Middle-Eastern customers.
Haier has made sure to provide the centre with the necessary human and technical resources to provide fast and reliable services to all its customers and clients.
The centre is run by a number of specialized electronic and technical engineers who have undergone extensive training in the mother company under the supervision of its experts.
The centre has also been provided with the latest technical equipment necessary to repair defects as fast as possible at minimal costs.
As a kind of celebration of the launch, General Manager of Haier Middle East Mr. Yan Xuhong has invited all Haier's customers to visit the centre and has offered a two-week free of charge post sale maintenance and repair of all Haier products, saying: "we are pleased to announce to all our customers the launch of Haie's post sale customer services and maintenance centre, which enjoys advanced capabilities and fast services. We invite all customers to visit the center to provide them with the necessary technical support free of charge for a period of two weeks. This is the least we can offer our customers, who are known for their loyalty and love for our products."
Mr. Darwish Al-Khalili, Vice Chairman of the Board for Middle East Complex For Engineering, Electronics and Heavy Industries PLC, who are in turn Haier's authorized dealer in the Kingdom, expressed his joy at the launch of the center, saying: "As Haier had always supplied us with high quality products, today they add the final touch of excellence to a legacy of great accomplishments by launching a service center that equals in its state-of-the-art technology and human resources the best service centers in the world."
It is worth noting that Haier is one of the first and most important companies concerned with providing distinctive service solutions, believing that this is the best means to increase its customer base.
Haier's service system begins during all production phases, which include design, production and manufacturing, finally leading to sale and post sale services.
Therefore, starting 2002, Haiier founded a large network consisting of more than 5000 providers specialized in home technical services to deliver products and services to clients' residences without any delays.
