Shangri-La is the first hotel in the city to offer this VIP service.
This initiative allows Shangri-La Hotel, Abu Dhabi, to extend its luxurious service standards to their guests as soon as they land.
Airport Representatives venture airside to personally greet guests as soon as they alight the aircraft and escort them through the immigration procedures as well as baggage collection, through to the limousine waiting outside to whisk them to the hotel.
Adrian Rudin, general manager of Shangri-La Hotel, Abu Dhabi, said:
"We are delighted to offer this new and innovative service for our guests. As a unique service in the city, any guest who books our hotel limousine transfer service from the airport to the Hotel will receive this service free of charge. This service adds to the guest's overall experience and showcases our commitment to going the extra mile."
