Towell Auto Centre opens new service centre in Al Ghubra

Tucked away in a quiet corner in Ghubra, just behind Al Maha Petrol Pump, is the newest Towell Service Centre. The second of the series, with many more in the anvil, this service centre caters exclusively to Mazda customers only.

Set in a premium location, the service centre offers state of the art facilities. The premium lounge has been designed to help customers relax while their cars are being attended to. The centre offers both facilities, oil change as well as a complete service.

Annurag Chawla, Head of Marketing and Communications, TAC said, "With the launch of the CX-9 and new Mazda 6, we have entered the premium segment and want our service centre to reflect that. That was the guiding direction which we followed while designing this new facility."

Behzad Mehta, National Manager Service, TAC, added, "It is our constant endeavour to come closer to our customers and add value to our service. This move will certainly enhance confidence in our customers and further assist us to improve our Customer Satisfaction, which is our prime motto."

What is also exciting about the new service centre is the fact that it has an almost 90% parts availability and offers a quick service. The total car service time takes about an hour and a half and this includes a complete car wash as well.
