UAE's most innovative property developer heads for Italy

UAE's most innovative property developer Omniyat Properties heads to Expo Italia Real Estate (EIRE), the international event of the Italian and Mediterranean real estate market, which will take place in Milano-Italy from 10-13 June 2008.

In its first ever appearance at EIRE 2008, the multi-award-winner company has decided to premiere its avant-garde property vision to EIRE's visitors and European investors, by showcasing its various projects including; The Pad, The Opus and the Octavian.

Real Estate Agents from the UAE and the region who cater to investors in Italy and Europe will bringing their clients to EIRE to take a closer look at the projects being developed by Omniyat Properties.

The fast-expanding Omniyat Properties is determined to make the most of its presence at the Expo and establish close contacts with private and institutional European investors who would like to invest in the Middle East property and benefit from the exceptional growth this market offers.

"We are seeing a growing interest in Middle Eastern property among European investors", commented Mr Mehdi Amjad, Chairman & President, Omniyat Properties. "Thanks to the legislative evolution in the UAE and to the agreements with local and international banking institutions, we have been able to facilitate foreign investment. It is now becoming a far easier and more transparent operation to invest in Dubai.

"With business leaders and investors from both Europe and the Middle East expected at this event, it will be an ideal opportunity to showcase our innovative range of property development projects and our plans for the future beyond the geography of the UAE," added Amjad.

Omniyat Properties was set up only three years ago, but is already launching its eighth project.

The company is growing rapidly: The value of its portfolio is expected to quadruple in 2008 to approximately Dhs21bn.
