All new Audi vehicles sold after April 1st 2007 are eligible for the three years of free emergency assistance service that can be called into action in case of accidents, flat tires or battery failure, and even in cases of locked-in keys or lack of petrol.

The rapid response 24 hour emergency assistance program ensures that Audi customers are either serviced by the Audi Service Mobil, an especially equipped recovery vehicle with a trained Audi technician, or if out of reach, with the support of Gulf Warranties.

Havocked vehicles will be recovered and serviced by authorized Audi dealerships with original spare parts only to ensure full customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Wayne Banoub, Head of Audi Middle East After Sales Services, explains: 'The Audi Road Side Assist program ensures peace of mind motoring and we strongly believe that for our customers it will be a big issue off their minds when getting on the road.'

Owners of Audi vehicles who are not part of the program or wish to renew their membership may join at any time for an annual fee of $50 only at the local dealership.
