Avaya to deliver 'Quick Edition' to regional SMB through Prologix

Targeted at small businesses and firms with branch offices requiring a communications solution, one-X Quick Edition is easy to support and maintain. One-X Quick Edition will equip SMBs with communications tools to improve customer experience and service, stay ahead of competitors, control costs, reduce workload and increase efficiency.

Prologix has made a conscious move towards distribution, this move was highly influenced by the fact that Prologix was awarded the "Best Channel Partner" award from Avaya in the SME segment, this coupled with the rapid quarter on quarter growth of Prologix Channel sales in the Avaya SME segment, has today enabled it to become a Sub Distributor of Avaya "Quick Edition" products in the UAE.

The distributor has taken a hands-on approach to the sales and marketing of the one-X Quick Edition, such as holding regular events and road shows, including hosting the most successfully "Desert Safari" seminar for Avaya's Quick Edition resellers. Prologix has also launched a sustained campaign to educate the reseller network on the product benefits, along with positioning the product in the market in a manner which increases its visibility to the end users.
