Profile drives customer service focus with Dhs10m investment

International property developer Profile has announced a customer service drive worth over Dhs10m, designed to encourage improved service levels in the UAE Real Estate market.
With a number of major property developments across Dubai including the Waterfront, Dubai Sports City and The World, the company has invested in high-specification, chauffeur driven Hummers for customized site visits; in line with Profile's bespoke service offering, the visits are tailor-made for each individual with specific requirements discussed in advance.
The unique Profile 'property concierge' service is the ideal solution for people with limited time and knowledge of Dubai who are keen to understand the real estate investment options available.
To enhance its customer environment, the company is currently carrying out extensive renovation on a stylish Jumeirah Beach Road villa office opposite the Burj Al Arab.
A dedicated sales liaison manager, to oversee the sales process for every individual, as well as a customer support manager has been appointed.
A new CRM system worth approximately Dhs2m will also support increased customer levels, ensuring the effective management of all data.
Previously registered under separate divisions, the customer service drive coincides with Profile's decision to merge all of its companies and offer a fully comprehensive property solution.
Profile's services include asset management, land acquisition, feasibility and consultancy services, architectural design and concept, project management, sales and leasing, real estate development, interior design and furnishings.
