Burgan Bank opens Solutions Branch at Shuwaikh Residential

Burgan Bank - amongst the leading and most dynamic bank in Kuwait - opened a new and revamped Solutions Branch at Shuwaikh Residential on June 4.
Underlining the Bank's commitment to customer service, the Shuwaikh Residential Solutions Branch features personalized services for clients, providing them sound financial advice and products which will help meet their personal financial goals. Solutions Branchs were introduced under the Bank's unique branch segmentation strategy which unfolded over the past two years, under which branches are deployed and furnished into three categories based on the nature of customers' financial needs and the services and products provided.
While the 'Solutions Branches' focus on offering customized advice key to making well-informed financial decisions (be it investments, loans etc), the 'Financial Center' branches also service private banking, mass affluent (Premier banking Service) and institutional clients. The third category of branches - 'Transactions Branches' - caters to the basic banking needs of customers who are more transaction oriented as well as corporate clients and SMEs.
