Curves For Women of New Maadi completed their first year on May 26, 2008, with 270 Active Members.
During the year May 27, 2007 to May 26, 2008 the members of our club have worked out 11,990 times.
Members wishing to reduce their size and weight have had great results.
Our club has lost over 250 Kilos of excess body fat and reshaped our bodies with a loss of over 2,000 Centimeters, by building lean muscle to replace the fat lost.
The small number of ladies wishing to increase their weight have also seen success by adding 6 kilos of healthy lean muscle.
Debra Alcala stated, 'This first year has been even more rewarding than I had hoped for! The next year will be even more exciting as our club continues to grow as a result of members sharing their success with friends and family.'
