Capital Bank organizes training course for heads of executive management

Capital Bank has recently organized a high-level training course for the heads of its executive management at the Kempinski Hotel in the Dead Sea.
Taking part over three days, the course aimed to instill the concepts of synergy between managers on the executive level within the bank, and to create a dynamic relationship between them so that the highest levels of solidity and compatibility between the policies and objectives laid out by different departments in the bank.
This will have positive ramifications on their performance and the bank's overall operation.
The course of opened by Dr. Ziyad Freiz, Chairman of Capital Bank's Board of Directors, who explained the course's objectives fall in line with the bank's strategic plan which is built on several minutes, most importantly is the development of human resources by building a coherent and efficient work team that complementarily works to achieve the bank's objectives.
The "Synergy and Team Building" course was unique in the sense that it followed a recent methodology based on the highest international standards in education, making use of the "learning through direct experience" concept.
The methodology employs a number of elements, such as activities and games, veering away from traditional training methods for better long term results.
"The purpose of holding such courses for our employees is to instill the basic concepts of synergy and teamwork amongst managements to ensure the coherence of specializations, experiences and tasks accorded to them," said Mr. Haytham Qamhiyya, Capital Bank's General Manager. "The result is consistent and efficient team work, and an overall better-functioning organization that is free of individualism."
He added that the managers who participated in this course will become better equipped with the tools necessary to become more creative in their work, and to lead their employees under the highest standards.
"We believe that Jordan is rich with talent and skill, and these need the proper environment, which consists of a sound work place and sufficient training and development."
Managers who participated in the course expressed their joy at the experience, describing an atmosphere of excitement, fun and learning, which they considered a great incentive for them and a great bolster of their loyalty to the bank.
