To mark the beginning of the sale on June 10, 2008, Emaar.E.C hosted a special lifestyle event on June 7 at the Prince Sultan Ballroom in Al Faisaliah Hotel, Riyadh and will hold the same event on June 8 at the Laylaty Ballroom in Jeddah. The two events showcase the various lifestyle amenities in the Esmeralda Suburb community and the exclusive features of the residential development. Potential customers can register interest for the June 10 sales event at both these community events.

Mr Sami AlHalabi, Acting Executive Director - Commercial, Emaar.E.C, said:

'Esmeralda Suburb is the first of the townhouse and golfing communities in KAEC, and investor response to the first phase of this exclusive community was overwhelming. The proximity to the golf course and the extensive spread of amenities within the community make homes in Esmeralda Suburb a good investment and residential option for customers.'

He added: 'We are hosting lifestyle events in Riyadh and Jeddah to familiarise potential customers with the modern lifestyles offered by Esmeralda Suburb. The events are to showcase aspects of community living in Esmeralda Suburb including facilities such as community and retail centre, health & fitness facilities and F&B outlets.'

Esmeralda Suburb, spread over 160,000 sq m, is integrated into a world-class golf course. All homes feature elegant gardens, walkways and car parking space. The villas are strategically placed in clusters of 2, 4, 6 and 8 thus offering greater privacy for residents. The homes will be ready for handover in 2010.

Potential customers can call toll-free number, 8001180010, or visit Esmeralda Web site at www.esmeraldalife.com for more details on the project and early reservation.

Located on the Red Sea coast on 168 million sq m, KAEC has six components: the Sea Port, Industrial Zone, Central Business District, Educational Zone, Resort District and Residential Communities. Esmeralda Suburb is part of the Residential Communities.
