Globitel sponsors 5th Annual Arab Advisors Media & Telecommunications Convergence Conference

The conference, held for the first time 2004, is touted as the ideal forum for networking, discussions and debates on the convergence trends underway in the Arab media and telecom markets.

The convergence of media, telecom and information technology has pushed these three sectors to operate in an increasingly merged segment.

This convergence, while causing potential threats to existing revenue and business models, also brings new opportunities for innovation.

During the conference, participants had the opportunity to attend the various speeches, presentations and panel discussions which incorporated key individuals in the media and communications industry in the Arab world.
