  • PRESS RELEASE

Track Distribution FZ LLC (TDME), one of the leading IT distributors in the Middle East, has announced the finalization of a distribution agreement with Qimonda, a leading global supplier of memory products.

TDME will distribute Qimonda's Aeneon products in UAE, Lebanon, Egypt, KSA and Kuwait.

"It is a strategic partnership for us and we are very pleased to be in a position representing such a well-known brand in this region," said Astrid de Menezes, Business Unit Manager - Components at TDME.

"The addition of Aeneon complements our existing portfolio of components product offerings to the channel and I am confident we can fulfill the growing demand in the retail and system integration market segments regionally.

This partnership aims to serve the needs of both the channel and retail markets for desktop PC, notebook and server memory as Qimonda offers a comprehensive DRAM portfolio (Dynamic Random Access Memory) under its brand Aeneon, like the fast XTUNE memory modules for high-end desktop platforms and power saving registered DIMMs and fully buffered DIMMs for server.

Jörg Strughold, President for Qimonda Europe, added, "We are very excited about expanding our business in the Middle-East region. In TDME, we have a great distribution partner to make our business successful. TDME offers a large customer base for our Aeneon brand for channel and retail markets, proactive sales support and modern logistics."
