Energy Management Solutions (EMS), the first company in the Middle East to provide energy management solutions, is highlighting its range of products and their high quotient of cost, operation and maintenance advantages at the Facilities Management (FM) Expo 2008, the first industry-dedicated show in the Middle East.
Khaled Bushnaq, Chief Executive Officer of EMS, said: "Investors and developers need to realize the value of implementing sustainable and environment friendly solutions to increase operational efficiency. In addition to cost advantages, energy management solutions help multiply the returns on investment.
"EMS provides developers with specific concepts to effect capital savings, sustainability, and reduction in environmental impact. It also ensures projects are built with optimum efficiencies, staying on track for achieving the LEED (Leadership of Energy and Environmental Design) certification, an internationally recognized green building rating system."
The essential role of facilities management has never been more significant.
The FM market in the Gulf region is valued at $892bn over the next 25 years, which highlights the necessary investment being undertaken to effectively manage, maintain and sustain intelligent buildings.
