Sanjeet Joher says,
"KM Properties is known for the choice of partners we select. For this premiere development we have appointed Sir Terry Farrell's architectural firm for the outstanding classic design. His design on the Artisan Cluster brings out the emotive theme and inspiration that was put out when it was conceptualised from the visions of our KM Properties' owners, which is to showcase a destination for the Arabic and modern contemporary art in all areas that shall also include an exclusive Art Museum promoting the very essence of the KM Properties values
and visions. Construction will be carried out by Al Rostamani Pegel who is one of the leading firms in UAE, they have built some of the leading towers in Dubai and UAE including projects for Al Rostamani Group."
"It has been a privilege for our firm to be selected for this magnificent project. The whole concept was built around the inspiration of KM Properties which is to promote and showcase art. The Artisan Cluster takes a classic design and takes a lot of influence from Arabic screens. What help define the real identity and sense of the place are its interiors, living spaces and exterior artworks. Those are crucial to our work. This is our first in Dubai and definitely the start of many more with our strong partnership with KM Properties," remarked Sir Terry Farrell, the head of Terry Farrell & Partners, UK with whom KM Properties signed a strategic joint venture partnership in July 2007.
