D-Link ME: Networking giant strengthens focus on customer service

D-Link ME announced the launch of its new service center based in Khald Bin Al Waleed Road (Computer Street) in Bur Dubai, which is fully-operational since April 20, 2008.
D-Link's ultimate goal is to increase the customer satisfaction in the Middle East market and by providing fast solutions to occurring problems, D-Link ME is certain to move in the right direction.
The new service center will assist with all D-Link customer's inquiries regarding product replacements by providing an easy platform to all resellers and end-users.
They can call the service center during all days of the week.
The networking giant's strong concern about customer service shows not merely by the latest addition in Bur Dubai, but reflects also through the overall regional coverage of service center institutions, such as in the UAE - Jebel Ali and further key regions like Iran, Pakistan, Egypt and KSA.
"Our main focus is to improve customer satisfaction by improving after- sales support and services", says Harrison Albert, Sales Director MENA - D-Link Middle East.
"Targeting an average annual growth of 60%, the implementation of service centres and remote offices is part of our long term strategy to build the right infrastructure for the market demand in the Middle East & North Africa. We are constantly striving towards enforcing better systems to supply our D-Link business users and end-consumers with a better service experience such as timely support and convenient access. Additionally, we are keen to receive a first-hand understanding of prevalent problems in order to work towards improving service and end-user satisfaction in this region. In the nearer future we are planning to expand our customer service to the remaining GCC countries, Levant and North Africa region.", he concludes.
The new D-Link service center which is located in Khalid Bin Al Waleed Road (Computer Street, Bur Dubai) has been in operation since April 20, 2008 and will help in achieving faster response in testing and replacing faulty items by simplifying the process of Return Material Authorization (RMA).
