Porsche Design launches the "White" collection

As well as the much anticipated White mobile phone, the Porsche Design White collection includes a jacket, sunglasses, and a writing implement, as well as, leather goods, jewellery and lighters.

"The typical colour of Porsche Design is black," explains Roland Heiler, Managing Director of Porsche Design Studio in Zell am See, Austria. "The colour white, on the other hand, stands for purity and also has the property that it highlights the shape of the product. These characteristics make white an excellent medium for our minimalist design language."

Unique to the Porsche Design White collection is the mobile phone which in the combination of aluminium and black has already been singled out for a number of awards. The sleek aluminium and white mobile phone boasts a fingerprint sensor for user identification, resulting in a technological sophisticated mobile phone.

The striking collection features a sporting jacket embellished with the classic Porsche Design stripes, the P'8458 sunglasses with its unusual white plastic and classic titanium combinations and the White collection lighter with the patented nozzle for safe use. The leather goods are defined by their clear-cut lines and aluminium accents.

Rounding off the collection are the stainless steel cufflinks that have inlays of white precious stones, a key ring and a money clip. A leather woven calf bracelet is also among the jewellery presented by the White Porsche Design.

Constantly innovating and setting new standards of engineering and design, Porsche Design White collection combines the colour white with materials such as aluminum, titanium and stainless steel, achieving engineering and aesthetic harmony.
