More specificaly, the company recently completed the enabling works of the Business Heights project, a 20 storey commercial tower located in Jordan's Abdali Master Plan Development.
Positioning itself as the first real-estate developer to launch commercial towers in this area, DAMAC is locating this building along Naboulsi Street at Naboulsi Gate; one of the most favorable sites within the Abdali area.
DAMAC appointed M/s. Issa Haddadin & Partners Construction Co as the enabling works contractor for the Business Heights project in Amman towards the end of 2007.
