- PRESS RELEASE
The region's fastest growing airline ground handling company National Aviation Services recently marked a special milestone in its short but keenly successful stint at the Kuwait International Airport.
The special milestone was further endorsed by the visit of Robbie Baird, British Airways' General Manager for the Asia & Pacific sector who commended the senior Management of NAS on the exceptional service being provided by NAS to British Airways for all facets of the business.
Very few ground handling companies in the world have managed this feat and this clearly demonstrates the high level of service delivery and dedication that NAS applies to its customers.
"NAS is proud to be handling airlines like British Airways and although we do not like to single out any airline customer that we handle, we felt that a 365 on-time departure track record was definitely something to brag about" said Mr. Bara Al-Roumi MD of NAS.
A few months ago British Airways presented NAS with back to back awards for excellence in service and consecutive laurels for achieving 101, 202 and 303 days of non-stop on time departures at their Kuwait station.
"We have the tools, the infrastructure and the desire to succeed and these aspects are vital to the development of any rapidly growing business" commented Mr. Naji Al-Ajmi CEO of NAS.
"British Airways is one of the most quality conscious airlines of the world and they have an excellent track record when it comes to timeliness, quality of service and safety and this milestone further goes to solidify the image of NAS as a world class ground handler." said Al-Ajmi.
In addition to legacy ground handling solutions like passenger handling, ground support cargo management, airport lounges and engineering services, NAS provides British Airways passengers with a host of other travel related value added services which are optional like the Meet & Assist.
The NAS travel agency is a previous winner of the prestigious British Airways High Flyer Award in the past.
"We aim to make a mark in whatever side of the industry we touch be it passenger, cargo or the retail ticket sales sector" concluded Al-Ajmi.
"We are not only a one stop shop for leading airlines of the world but try our best to achieve the highest levels in all aspects of the ground handling business."
