Emaar announces Dhs100,000 contest

Emaar Properties has announced a cash prize of Dhs100,000 ($27,000) to the winner of a competition to name the new fountain planned at the Burj Dubai development. The competition will be open to all UAE residents and will be held from July 1 to September 15, 2008. Individuals can suggest one name to be submitted online at www.emaar.com. The portal will have a dedicated web page for submissions, which will be operational by July 1.
