Imperial Palace holds a live cooking presentation

As an inauguration of their new image, Imperial Palace Hotel, one of Amman's most famous and prestigious four-star hotels, held a live cooking presentation on June 7th, during which their award-winning chef prepared a sumptuous menu from various international cuisines.
"This presentation comes as a form of celebration of the recent changes our hotel has undergone," says Imperial Palace's General Manger Farah Abu Matar.
"The past months have been very exciting for us as we watched the hotel take on an entirely new image that better communicates the hotel's core message - the blending of the traditional, the modern and the luxurious.
Imperial palace underwent major changes during the past few months.
The beautifully-decorated 85 guest rooms of the hotel have emerged in a new light after massive refurbishment.
The gourmet restaurant, meeting and wedding halls are all opulent in décor and facilities. Each and every floor of the hotel will have a distinctive colour scheme, transporting guests to a luxurious world of relaxation and elegance in every corner.
The magnificent classical interior of the hotel remains prominent and harmonious with the oriental traditional architecture, taking its guests into a journey through history.
"The live cooking presentation is the perfect way to announce and celebrate the hotel's new image," adds Abu Matar. "The menu has been carefully thought through to meet the beauty of the occasion and commemorate the re-launching of our wonderful establishment."
