Emaar Properties plans has unveiled plans for a new tower - The Mansion at Burj Dubai - which will feature direct views of Burj Dubai, the world's tallest building, and the Burj Dubai Lake from all of the residences in the building. Designed by Adrian Smith, the designer of Burj Dubai, the 60-storey high tower will feature studios, and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. The Mansion at Burj Dubai is located on the Burj Dubai Boulevard and lakefront with private access and security to create an exclusive neighbourhood choice for discerning buyers. A truly luxury residential complex with in-tower retail options, The Mansion at Burj Dubai has been designed by the renowned international architect Adrian Smith, the designer of Burj Dubai, the world's tallest building, and will feature spacious, elegantly designed studios, and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.
