Great Properties to launch Al Helio Downtown

Offering 32 commercial and residential plots, the launch will be held in the Al Ras Ballroom at Dubai Festival City's Intercontinental Hotel on Thursday June 12, 2008 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The interested public is welcome to attend.

Al Helio Downtown is a mixed-use mini-city covering 115 acres, housing a self-contained and self-reliant community and will boast a school, a nursery, gardens, health care facilities and a Mosque, as well as substantial retail space. Main developer D'SECO will be responsible for the project's infrastructure.

As part of the launch, Great Properties is offering a special interest-free payment plan for investors. The plan comprises a ten percent down payment, followed by an instalment of five percent after 90 days, with the remaining amount being paid in 30 equal instalments. Investors will also have the opportunity to resell once the down payment has been made.
