Dubai property auction fetches Dhs250m

Auction house Mazad, part of the Dubai Properties Group, fetched nearly Dhs250m ($68m)within two hours at its June 8th auction in Dubai. The exclusing auction of residential and commercial units and plots of land from developments from within Dubai Properties' portfolio took place at the Burj Al Arab Hotel. It was attended by over 250 of Dubai's elite investors from the UAE, the region, and overseas.
