Chef Ajay Pant appointed Executive Sous Chef of Doha Marriott Hotel

Mr. Ajay Pant has been appointed Executive Sous Chef at the Doha Marriott Hotel.
Chef Ajay believes in cooking with his heart as for him it is not just a job but a passion and he has dedicated his life to it.
He wants to tell his grandchildren that he was a Chef who used love, affection and care as his main ingredients.
Chef Ajay graduated in 1996 and gained his culinary experience in South East Asia, Caribbean and the Middle East with hospitality industry leaders Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton and now the Doha Marriott.
Before relocating to Doha he was a personal chef for the Royal Family in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
"I believe in love at first sight and that is what I strive to present on my plates. My aim is to have my guests fall in love with my food and enjoy the tasteful journey from start until the end." "I don't just practice classical recipes but enhance them with my passion to create pleasurable moments for my guests. I constantly have to create new dishes and never stop experimenting."
When he is not in the kitchen, Chef Ajay spends time with his wife Manisha and their two children, their joy in the world.
Chef Ajay will be assisting the Executive Chef Tony Altuntas and will be responsible to oversee all restaurants, banqueting, in-room dining and outside catering services.
The Doha Marriott Hotel is delighted to welcome Chef Ajay Pant to the team and look forward to the exciting developments ahead while maintaining and taking the excellent culinary reputation even further in the market.
